This year’s FiestaVal will be on Saturday, May 2, from 12-4. FiestaVal happens on the school’s campus at 65 Chenery Street. The event is open to everyone and admission is free. Tickets can be purchased at the event to buy food and play games.

Games— Fun games for kids of every age will be happening on the playground. Come bounce in our jumpy house, get your hair spray-painted red, and take a chance at the Spinner, where every spin wins a prize.

Food— As usual, we will have fantastic food cooked by our families, including Pupusas, Pozole, Sausages, Hot Dogs, Agua Frescas, and homemade deserts.

Performances— Our outdoor stage will be filled with music and dance performed by our students and community groups.

Auction— Come shop for deals at our silent auction, held in the cafeteria. Gift certificates for local merchants and restaurants, tickets for events and attractions, wine, getaways, and services from or school community will all be for sale to the highest bidder. The auction opens at 12 pm, and tables will be closing between 2-3pm. Then a live auction will be held at the stage for classroom projects and other special items. Collect your auction items after 3:30.

FiestaVal is a fun and delicious event, and every dollar spent helps fund important programs at Fairmount, including choir, dance, drama, physical education, science through gardening and field trips. Please come join us!
